1. What is N.E.PLACE?
N.E.PLACE is a nationwide airport transportation membership platform connecting customers with professional chauffeurs and luxury vehicles. Approved affiliates can access eligible transportation requests through the N.E.PLACE Driver app.
2. Is there a fee to become an affiliate?
Currently, there is no fee for registering and using the app. Applicants should review the current affiliate agreement before accepting trips.
3. How much can I earn with N.E.PLACE?
Earnings depend on completed assignments, agreed trip payouts, market demand, and your business operating expenses. The earning examples shown on this website are hypothetical illustrations, not guaranteed income or typical affiliate earnings. Actual payouts are governed by your affiliate agreement.
4. Can I continue operating my own chauffeur business?
N.E.PLACE is designed to work with established independent transportation businesses and professional chauffeurs. You can run your existing business as usual. NEPLACE is an added source of revenue. Affiliates may continue operating their businesses, subject to the terms of their affiliate agreement and applicable legal requirements.
5. What vehicles qualify?
Eligible vehicles may include luxury sedans such as Mercedes-Benz S-Class and BMW 7 Series, as well as luxury SUVs such as Cadillac Escalade and Lincoln Navigator. Vehicles must generally have black exteriors, meet the current vehicle age requirements, and satisfy all insurance and documentation standards. Final vehicle approval is required.
6. Am I guaranteed transportation requests?
No. Available trips depend on customer demand, geographic coverage, scheduling, vehicle eligibility, and operational requirements. Joining N.E.PLACE does not guarantee any minimum number of trips or earnings.
7. How do chauffeurs receive payments?
N.E.PLACE uses Stripe-connected payment onboarding for eligible affiliate payouts. Approved chauffeurs complete their payment account setup securely during onboarding. Payment amounts and schedules follow the applicable affiliate agreement and processing terms.
8. Can I operate in more than one city?
Affiliates may request approval for multiple service areas. Authorization depends on available coverage, local licensing, insurance, airport regulations, and applicable N.E.PLACE operational requirements.
9. What happens after I submit my application?
Your application will be reviewed for eligibility. Qualified applicants may be invited to submit additional documents, complete screening, register in the Driver app, and finish payment onboarding. Activation occurs only after all required approvals are completed.
